You provide written instruction under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) for us and our Lending Partners to obtain your consumer report (credit report), including debt amount and credit score, from one or more credit reporting agencies (e.g., TransUnion, Experian, Equifax) for the purpose of:

Authenticating and verifying your identity.
Evaluating your eligibility for a loan (applicable to Lending Partners only).
Evaluating your eligibility for financial products or services, such as debt relief programs, credit monitoring services, credit repair, or other related offerings.
Marketing relevant services to you.

You acknowledge and consent that:

These credit inquiries may be classified as “soft” or “hard,” depending on the specific lender’s practices, which may affect your credit score.
Your credit report may be accessed multiple times by us and Lending Partners for the purposes described above.

We do not make loan decisions or conduct any prequalifications for loans. All loan-related evaluations are performed exclusively by Lending Partners.

Your information will be used only as described and shared only with participating Lending Partners or Service Providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at contact@upfinances.com. However, withdrawing your consent may limit our ability to provide services to you.
